Diagnosis

For those of you following along, it turns out that (according to the emergency room doctor) I have simply sprained/strained/whatever my back. No big whoop - just a lot of low-grade seemingly non-ending pain, for which I received muscle relaxers and instructions to see my primary doctor if it doesn't improve in the next week.

My little bro, that is. My mom and I decided to go halfsies and we're getting him an Xbox 360 for birthday/Christmas. And Halo 3 of course. And maybe Mass Effect when it comes out in November, but I'm not sure he's quite as into RPGs like I am... He'll still complain that my folks won't allow him to have internet in his room thus enabling him to use Xbox Live, but geez - if he knows what's good for him he'll zip it while he's ahead ;-) After all, half of a 360 and Halo 3 will be my portion - you know he'll get the other half of the 360 plus much much more from the folks. Not a bad haul, in my opinion.
