Blast From the Past?

How weird is it that after 10 or so years, all of a sudden people are starting to drift back into my life? Strange (but great!) enough that I've sort of re-connected with M and H, and now, COMPLETELY out of the blue, I have an opportunity to re-connect from someone from my elementary school...I don't think I'm ready to go into detail yet, but suffice it to say I just about fell off my chair when I recognized him.

So I finally broke down and re-joined netflix last week. I saw Troy, and Love, Actually this weekend. Love, Actually I thought was great - I had wanted to see it when it came out in the theater, but somehow never managed to see it. Of course, anyone who knows me knows I'm completely the stereotypical "woman" when it comes to romantic comedies. And you all know I just rented Troy because of Orlando Bloom...I think I missed the whole point of the movie cause I was too busy watching him...

The job is going great - still no official word on permanent hiring - I'm trying not to freak out too much from that. If it goes through, though, I'm seriously thinking of moving out of my condo next spring. Not sure where I'll go, although it would be nicer to cut my commute down and move somewhere further up 66. I guess that would put me at Fairfax, Vienna, McLean, Tyson's, etc. We shall see....
