how much effort it takes to change your email. Sure, there's the mass email you send out to everyone on your friends and family list; that's the easy part. Then there's all of the links I've created from various sites and notifications to my email which now all have to be changed... Then there's Verizon, who makes it incredibly difficult to cancel your account. I know I shouldn't be surprised by that, but when you dislike a vendor (whether justifiably or not) THAT much, it's more than a little irritating...
